For people like me who doesn't eat fish, for ppl like Joan who doesn't eat meat and drink milk or eat cheese.. Find out what nutrients you might be lacking and where else to get them.
1. You won't eat:
Meat
What You're Lacking: Vitamin B12, a must for maintaining healthy nerve cells and red blood cells, as well as iron and zinc. Where Else to Get It: Fortified cereal is your best bet for B12. Green, leady veggies provide iron - but grab vitamin V-rich fruit or juice at the same time for maximum absorption. Eggs and milk have lots of zinc.
2. You won't eat:

What You're Lacking: Choline, which, if you're pregnant, aids your baby's brain development. Where Else to Get It: Milk, cauliflower, potatoes, soy.

i watched a movie abt a nurse who helped the ppl who are suffering from cancer. However the nurse, herself, had cancer. Everyday, she listens to this tape which starts with, "Today, is a very good day to die...", followed by the various reasons.
That's when we will start to rmb only the happy moments or treat every thing as a lesson learnt and cherish every precious moments and day that we have.
So, why is it a very good day to die today?

The stupid bus driver happily drove pass me like i was invisible. ok nvm i boarded the bus which came after that bus to chase after that bus like u see Jackie Chan always chase ppl. he run la, but i clever i use bus. and then, i alighted at the next stop and RAAAN to the front of the bus stop to board the bus... phew! luckily can catch.. went for Law Movie Night at Tampines Mall just now and watched Rush Hour 3. Action packed with many jokes haha.. Jackie Chan's my childhood hero, ive watched him since young.. my parents love him too! haha

I finally watched Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix today. YAY. it's still fantastic as ever, but i think that they could've expanded on the climax. and %^#$(&(**()*%$%# the noisy girls who sat a few rows in front of us. They were damn #$%$ noisy. I felt like throwing our popcorns and nuts at them.
