a quick touch up-

had been gg for supper lately with jyss n tp gang..
Very traumatizing incident happened when i suppered with my fellow tp gang..
Me. Vick. KJ. Mud(driver). Stef(his gal). Kannan. Es(biker).

Here's the story....

KJ fell off the bike. and rolled a while. Mud stopped the car a few metres in front of him. i opened the door and shouted "KJ! Hou Mian You Che!" a couple of times with my hand sign asking him to move to the side. KJ stood up, still unaware of wat i was doing. den realised aft 2 or 3 seconds and ran to the side.

The bus driver behind.. i should say that he must be B L I N D to keep his speed constant, running towards this boy who was still standing up in the middle of the road. Fortunately there was this kind soul who was driving behind us who stopped his car immediately and directed the traffic.

I must say that its a fortunate thing in an unfortunate event. Luckily Mud wasnt driving being Es(biker who drove KJ), otherwise u can imagine what would have happen. and luckily there wasnt any cars right behind Es.

Clear ur sins KJ!!

-visited him..
-went shopping with Vickie (thr just isnt anything for me to buy when i got the money. n many things to buy when im broke!)

------------
worked today and the promo was just too great.
6280 previously was $238 for 2 yr contract.
Now? $98 for New line application!
tat's a way to earn more revenue and get more SIM cards. What abt the long run? will the ppl continue the extra services they subscribed? i doubt so.. More SIM cards? definitely. Hit up to thrice the normal day's biz..
More revenue? I doubt so. Revenue from the plan subscriptions, yes. How abt revenue from the extra services such as Multi-sim and Surfing plan? the cost of these services' subscriptions are not even enough to cover the costs of the SIM cards. So what's the point when what u see is only the Figure, and not the Revenue?

------------
a Customer wanted to replace a SIM card he lost, but he went to a dealer shop b4 he came. He told me that the dealer shops are doing very badly, there arent any business at all. Then asked me why the dealer shops cannot reconnect his line and give him a new SIM card so that he can purchase a phone there? He says you're all under the same Company and why dont u give them some biz?

------------
This is smth which i really cannot stand...

An existing Customer came to me and wanted to apply for a new line. The wife's IC was lost and had a replacement slip. But she did not bring any other documents such as passport or driving license so that the staff can verify her status and let her apply for a new line. It's not that we do not want to do her business. But it's just that we cannot just let anyone who brings their replacement slip for IC to apply a new line or anything.. Verification is very impt. Her husband was arguing with me about it. He could provide his wife's birthdate and residential address. No doubt you have a replacement slip and is able to provide the details, but a verification card with her photograph is necessary.

The Customer said repeatedly, "This is stupidity.". I couldn't understand. Was he saying that I was stupid? The Business rules were stupid? The Company is stupid? Or the Government rules are stupid?

He continued asking me, "Are you saying that this(the replacement slip) is NOT LEGAL?".
Since when did I even mention about ILLEGALITY? I was damn angry that i wanted to grab my pen and stab myself in my thighs to calm myself.
"I DID NOT SAY THAT THIS IS NOT LEGAL."
den he argued, "There! You said that this is NOT LEGAL!"
Alright there was the word NOT LEGAL in my sentence. did he have any difficulty in understanding ENGLISH sentences?
By now im already fuming and really felt like bashing him with the Computer.
Calm down, Shiying. Luckily i did not burst. After a while the Manager came to save me.

------------
Too good a promotion can have negative effects too. Frauds. Existing customers complain about why it's only for new line? Ppl are greedy too. The prices for phones are already so cheap and ppl still wanna fight for a free SIM card which costs only $20+.

It's just like everyday life. Too many good things u might just take it for granted.

BSC subcomm camp-

BSC sub-comm camp.

6 law students..
distributed to 5 different groups.
so lonely~

Had much fun tho.. with the activities that the main comm planned..
i must say it was the greatest camp planned by the students for the students.
a totally different camp. with those SEXY hosts and the fantastic theme and group names.
was in the group of VOKA. supposed to be Vodka i guess..

anyway we earn points thru games and use these points to AUCTION for RARE items to earn more points or protection of grp.. and also materials for our flag competition.

the night walk was the best. was so freaked out at the staircase.. haha.
i think the "ghosts" were the most pitiful beings then.. haha.. being punched ard n kicked by us.. wahahaha.. we must say GOMENASAI.

second night, the last night. mass dance. fun yet exhausting!
and my group got 1st!! muahahaha..

got to know good and bad ppl frm the camp. and i must say u guys were great!
all of us made it happen.

and the song goes:

if i were a Voka boy, if i were to marry,
i would marry a Voka girl, more than anybody.

cos she can drink, and i can drink,
we can drink together.

In the middle of the night,
drinking with each other.

Absolute Voka
Voka gives you WINGS!
