Why I'm home at this time now on a Public Holiday (Singapore),

How I'm doing at work,
How I'm coping with life.

Firstly, I'm home on a Public Holiday cos everybody's out.
Black gf is at Genting (with his new bf, hurhur).
Brown gf is MIA.
Parents are at Genting too.
Bf is in camp (kena extra). He's even got field camp at Tekong on Tue - Fri.
Poor thing... he's sick and I can't do anything to help... and I dono what was I thinking, I was thinking that if I were in the army too I would definitely be his replacement so that he can go home and rest. I wouldn't even mind sacrificing my holidays. HAHAHA!
Then I went on to think if the others would do the same for him/if I would do the same for others (Figure the answer yourself).

Secondly, it's VERY busy at work.
Everyday is just work and work AND WORK and I get headaches after work almost everyday.
It's worst when there're driving lessons after work. Cos it requires a lotta concentration. Full concentration for the whole day @ work, then full concentration again during driving. grrrr.
Don't worry, I just got myself a medicated oil.
My supervisor is trying hard to make me do OT, something which I really hate. The word is HATE. So I am doing my hardest to not do OT too :S

Lastly, I'm doing my very best to cope with life.
Working hard and saving up for education and future.
The next time you see me, and you see me spending, please stop me.
Missing my dear friends who're in UK. Especially Katie who's nowhere to be heard.
I try to maintain a balanced life between friends, family and bf.
Apparently I think they all are not free. HAHA
So here I am talking to myself and watching movie at home. I just caught The Notebook on my notebook (feat Ryan Gosling).
It was a pretty movie.
And then I thought of the poor boy in camp again.
Poor thing. He's working very hard too.

Anyway, Winsor and I volunteered for an event for the children at the Singapore Flyer.
Was at the registration counter, which reminds me of FO in TP with Katie and KJ. HAHA!
It was in a great mess.
Anyway, we got the chance to get on the Flyer for half of the normal rate! hurhurhur.
So I accompanied Winsor to the Flyer (it was his first!) and I wanted to take it in the daytime to get a better view. The previous time was with Jo at night also. hmmmm.. So this time we thought we could catch some fireworks at the event so we took it at night (again for me), but I guess we were expecting too much.
You know their fireworks was so much lesser and smaller than the ones we fired in Taiwan, yet they costed so much more!

YAY! I can finally collect my lappy today. That’s because I told them I need it urgently. Heh.

If you do not know, this is the 3rd time I’ve sent it for repairs for the same old problem (blue screen of death). This time I included a photograph of the damn blue screen. This time round the technician called me up to check the problem (cause he saw the photo which I purposely placed on the desktop) and he told me that this time round he’s changing some of the parts (finally).

I told him that there might be some problem with the Intel Graphics driver. Apparently, he told me that the one in my lappy was not the latest. Damn. So I hope this time when I get it back there wouldn’t be anymore problems.

A Long Morning

I was at Tampines Interchange after my Dental Review and I wanted to get some cheapo Energizers and McDonald's Apple Pie cos I was damn hungry.

As I walked towards the the Cheapo shop that sells cheapo Energizers for my headphones, there were red-white strips and notices around that wrote: "Please go -> for enquiry on Pawnshop"

Then I thot: "OH! The Pawnshop was burnt down."

Then I walked by and saw some persons writing down their names and stuff... I guess they were enquiring on the stuff which they had pawned.

Beside the Pawnshop was the Cheapo shop.

Then again, I thot "OH! The cheapo shop was burnt down too! Now I can't get my cheapo Energizers."

And Beside the Cheapo shop was McDonald's.

So I thot "OH! So McDonald's should be the culprit. Now I can't get my Apple Pie and I'm damn hungry."

Not to mention that before I arrived at Tampines Interchange, I made a detour to Parkway Parade on bus 15 by boarding the bus at the bus stop where bus 8 goes to Tampines. (If you understand what I'm saying...)

And not to mention that before I made the detour, I had 4 dental fillings at the Aeromedical Centre which costed $160.

Lastly, also not to mention that I woke damn early for the dental review.

So if you still have got no idea what I'm saying, let me summarise for you:

1. Woke up damn early on Saturday morning
2. Painful session of fixing dental fillings (u wouldn't understand my pain, I swear)
3. Detour to Parkway before looping back to Tampines
4. Bought Everbest shoes on sale (I thought I should start selling away my tall heels which cost me my feet)
5. McDonald's near CPF Building @ Tampines Interchange and neighbouring shops were burnt down.
6. Still hungry and failed to get batteries.
   

Get what I'm saying? Please do not mention it.

One Red Paper Clip

A guy swopped a red paper clip on the internet and eventually he swopped himself a house! WOW i wanna try it too. Jo, u can try sth like this and aim for a bungalow. HAHA!

That's my brain?

I have no idea what made me do what I did.

As you know, we have to tap our cards before alighting the bus.

So there was this morning, which was this morning, the usual morning rush and we had to catch our respective buses and trains to head to work. Almost everyone's doing the same.
Then appeared this blooder who was queuing behind me as we were waiting to tap our cards in order to alight the bus.
As I reached the exit and raised my wallet to tap the card, the blooder behind me, was so itchy-wicky-spider, placed his card infront my my wallet to tap his card. It was as though he could get off the bus before me.

I don't know what went through my mind.

I mumbled...... "FUCKER"

(I don't know how loud my mumble was cause I was putting music into my ears, but I was sure he could definitely hear it).

I really don't know why I did what I did.

YSL New Love

I won these at my division year end party.
(Left to right) Notepad for getting 3rd at the Telematch (I was in 5-legged race), pen for guessing the right photoshop-ed athlete, and pocket utensils (cool!) as door gift.

It's a pity that I didn't win any of the lucky draw items. There were a total of 40 lucky draw prizes and there were only like around 60-70 people around, but luck still wasn't on my side. How can I be so unlucky? Prizes ranged from the lowest of $15 NTUC voucher to Nintendo DS Lite to Sony PSP to Samsung Home Theatre System to a grand prize of Samsung Plasma TV! (The main reason why the office workers spare the 2 hours after work to attend this party)

Anyway the party ended at around 8pm. I dashed off, thinking that I could get Coffee Bean's halfpriced Cheesecake, but Coffee Bean was closed. Damn it! Sorry Winsor I can't get halfpriced Cheesecake for u :/

Then I waited for the fucking bus to Orchard which didn't come cause the last bus is at 7+.

Ok nvm I shall skip everything. I got a YSL Golden Gloss (my new love)! Smiles smiles smiles on my face even though I was fucking sad that the bus didn't came after I waited for so long. It's ok, I've got my YSL to cheer me up. HEH!

I am feeling hungry now. I shall try to sleep early.

Finally, my Black gf passed me the final part of my Birthday present after 7653928 days after my birthday. But I don't mind, cause it's a handmade pressie and it's thoughtful :)

As I read those words at the back of the montage, I can't help but have my eyes slightly welled with tears. I shall keep those words just between the two of us.
